We don't know of any other manufacturer that truly uses only the purest natural ingredients like we do. Furthermore, we don't follow marketing strategies or trends like argan oil and aloe vera products that have no benefit to the customer. That might sound harsh, but did you know that the active ingredients from the aloe vera plant can't be stabilized and thus lose their beneficial effects after about 30 hours? For aloe vera to "work" for us, it has to be fresh or, ideally, harvested directly from the plant. That's why we only use active ingredients that have been proven to benefit our bodies. We have focused on the pure function of our products and on activating the body's self-healing powers.

This varies from product to product. However, we indicate whether a product is vegan in the detailed product descriptions. So simply check the detailed description of your chosen product to see if it's vegan.

Within Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €100.00. Within Europe (EU), shipping costs are free for orders over €200.00. For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping costs are free for orders over €250.00.

Currently, our Naturwerk cosmetic products can only be ordered through our online shop. Our Naturwerk nutritional supplements can also be ordered through pharmacies.

All our Naturwerk products carry the Senso Check quality seal. This seal confirms the outstanding, sustainable quality of purely natural-based products. It is awarded after thorough testing and evaluation by Phytochem Referenzsubstanzen GmbH, a globally recognized research laboratory with many years of expertise in natural substances.

Only a certain proportion of plant secondary substances is relevant for a targeted biochemical effect. Through targeted extraction, it is possible to isolate precisely the desired components and then use them as the efficacy-determining components in our high-quality Naturwerk products. Standardized universal extracts are usually produced commercially. However, manufacturers cannot accommodate the specific needs of individual processing companies. For this reason, Naturwerk produces specific extracts from these medicinal plants in-house, which must then be designated as special extracts due to legal regulations.

Yes, our creams and lotions should never be exposed to cold or heat for extended periods, as this impairs the bond between the water and olive oil, and we don't use any chemical binders or stabilizers. Room temperature is ideal. If your cream has survived the cold unscathed (still creamy and not runny), its effectiveness is certainly not affected. Furthermore, the active ingredients are not temperature-sensitive!

All plant-based raw materials we use in our production are organically grown. We also produce our own plant extracts in-house.
